Pat Flynn - Special ForcesHome > Events > Events 2021 > Pat Flynn Visit Chapter 54 members Kevin Paicos and Bill Fanaras visited Pat Flynn during the summer of 2021. Pat was a Special Forces legend who fought in a number of wars and was awarded three Combat Infantry Badges (CIBs) and five Purple Hearts.
Photo: Kevin Paicos, Pat Flynn, and Bill Fanaras He was visited on his 97th birthday by Kevin and Bill and presented with birthday greetings, a plaque, and a bottle of Horse Soldier bourbon. Shortly after the visit Pat was placed in the Bedford, Massachusetts Veterans Administration facility. Pat died in the winter of 2021. Captain Winston "Pat" Flyn of Lexington, Massachusetts was a veteran of WWII, Korea, and the Vietnam wars. He was an original recruit of Colonel Aaron Bank.
